For purchases made in-store, there is a 48-hour window in which you may cancel the order. After 48 hours, the order is considered confirmed and if canceled will only be returned as an in-store credit for the full amount or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Online purchases will be confirmed by Muse & Merchant for product availability. If the products are available the order will be considered confirmed and will only be returned as an in-store credit for the full amount or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If the online purchase is not available, Muse & Merchant will contact the customer with the estimated time of arrival. At this point, if the approximate wait for the product is not suitable to the customer, you may cancel the order for a full refund. Once confirmed that the wait is acceptable then the order is considered confirmed and can only be cancelled or returned as an in-store credit of the full amount or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
After receiving your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied you may return it within 3 days in the original condition and packaging for an exchange or an in-store credit. The initial delivery charge is non-refundable and an additional delivery charge may be applied for pick-up of returns or exchanges.
If you paid by cheque or cash, a refund cheque will be processed within 14 business days. Payments made by credit card will be processed within 2 business days, back to the same credit card used for the purchase.
We are unable to accept cancellations or returns for Special Order items (items not in stock), warranty sprayed upholstered products, “As-Is”, Final Sale, discounted or sale items, mattresses, sofabeds or items damaged leaving the store.
In some instances, we will be able to ship out of our local delivery zone. All deliveries received from a third party must be inspected before signing any receiving documents. This is very important as Muse & Merchant cannot be liable for any damage after the product has left our distribution center. Please note, for those living outside of our local delivery zone Muse & Merchant is unable to service its products and it is the customer’s responsibility to cover all costs to transport the product back to Muse & Merchant for warranty repairs. If you choose to return your product, you are responsible for all shipping costs.
