The Finishing Process
Each piece features a specialized multi-layer finish:
- Several rounds of sanding and cleaning.
- Application of stain (such as Wash Walnut).
- Drying and sanding with highly fine sandpaper, followed by cleaning.
- Spraying two coats of sealer to lock in the stain and close the wood pores.
- Drying and superfine sanding.
- A final top layer of Polyurethane for longevity and protection against stains.
Home Maintenance
- Recommended: Apply natural beeswax every few months and wipe with a very smooth cotton cloth.
- Not Needed: Do not use oil or other special polishes.
