We heard about Muse & Merchant as previous owners of our unit had a custom couch from there. We decided to take a look at their store to see other option. I met Ravneet and she was attentive, took time to answer questions, double checked to ensure the correct answer was given. Initially the couch we wanted was not in stock so I asked if she could contact me when it was in stock, which she estimated around end of March. I got a call at the end of February saying that the couch was in stock, and she was able to go through everything with us in store! Thank you Ravneet :)
We just had the couch delivered today (they estimated between 9-11am arrival, and they showed up early around 8:40am which helped me out!) Farhad and David got everything in and out in 15min tops.
